Meet Dr. Sara Panarello
Education and Training
Dr. Sara Panarello graduated from McGill University in 1996. She then went to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, where she earned her doctorate.
Immediately after graduating from Palmer, Dr. Sara worked as an associate doctor in Fairhaven, MA for 2 years. She then opened her own clinic, Lincoln Family Chiropractic, in Lincoln, MA.
During her early years in practice, Dr. Sara’s love of working with pregnant women and children led her to pursue post-doctoral training in that field. She earned her Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics in 2004.
In 2008, Dr. Sara was forced to shut down her thriving practice due to a neck injury. After she had recovered, Dr. Sara chose to stay home to raise her young daughters.
In 2014, Dr. Sara resumed active patient care, working as an associate doctor at Cancro Chiropractic in Newton, MA. She worked at that office until August 2021, at which time she found her dream practice, right here in Swampscott. Dr. Sara said, “It was the absolute perfect opportunity! Working so close to home allows me both spend more time treating patients and spend more time with my family.”
Outside of the Office
Dr. Sara lives locally with her husband, their 2 daughters and their black lab, Ernie. Dr. Sara was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She is fluent in Italian and French.
